Destination wedding?

I’m looking for places to plan a destination wedding/honeymoon. I really wanted an all-inclusive resort that is very secluded. I was looking in to Sandals, but my guess would be that it gets pretty crowded. Also, our families will be joining us for the wedding, and I want them to stay at a hotel that is far… far… away because we will be on our honeymoon and I don’t really want to ever see them =). I was also thinking about having the wedding in Florida (we live in Louisiana), and the honeymoon in the Caribbean. I’m open to any options! Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
I know I want a destination wedding because I just want our immediate family to attend and I also know that it would cost a lot less and be something special to remember. I just do not want to spend time with my parents on our honeymoon, is that so much to ask? lol

We went to Sandals for our honeymoon and saw several destination weddings. It wasn’t horribly crowded, and they reserve room for the wedding so that you’re not competing for space. If you go somewhere like Sandals, they’ll allow your guests in for your wedding, but since it’s couples only, your guests could stay somewhere else the rest of the time.
